Shipping & delivery
We deliver across Bahrain. After you place an order, we contact you on WhatsApp to confirm the details and arrange delivery — usually within 2–4 days. Payment is cash on delivery.
Free replacement
Every filt product is covered by a free replacement. If a part breaks or arrives faulty, message us on WhatsApp with a photo and we'll reprint and replace it at no cost. This covers manufacturing and print defects, not damage from misuse.
Privacy
When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery area and order details. We use this only to process your order, deliver it, and follow up with you. If you opt in, we may also message you about new products and offers on WhatsApp — you can ask us to stop at any time.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Your details are kept in our private order records and are not shown publicly.
Terms
- Prices are shown in Bahraini Dinar (BD) and may change over time.
- Placing an order on the site is a request; your order is confirmed once we reach you on WhatsApp.
- Products are 3D-printed to order, so colours and finish may vary slightly from photos.
- Custom orders are quoted and agreed before we print.
